The process and materials for receiving unemployment benefits in Beijing are as follows:

1. Within 60 days from the date of termination or rescission of the labor (employment) or working relationship between the unemployed and the employer, the unemployed shall go to the labor and social security department of the street or town where the household registration is located to apply for unemployment insurance benefits with the certificate of termination or rescission of the labor (employment) or working relationship with the employer, household registration book, identity card and three one-inch bareheaded photos.
