Measures of Shenzhen Municipality on Supplementary Payment of Endowment Insurance

Shenzhen social security payment process is as follows:

1. Application: The applicant prepares the application materials according to the business handling guidelines, fills in the application form, and applies to the social security handling window in the jurisdiction.

2. Acceptance: The social security department reviews the application materials, and the application items are complete, standardized and in line with the statutory form. Those who meet the conditions shall be accepted and an acceptance receipt shall be issued.

3. Review: The social security department will complete the material review within 5 working days. The application materials can show that the employees who apply for supplementary payment have labor relations with the applicant, and the supplementary pension/medical insurance has passed the examination. If it is found in the audit that the materials need to be corrected, the applicant shall be required to make corrections.

4. Approval: The social security department will complete the approval within 5 working days. After the approval, the social security department will pay the old-age/medical insurance for the applicant and deduct the money from the social security payment account of the applicant.

5. Result delivery: After successful deduction, the applicant/company can print the payment list.
