Bank of China Dalian Financial Social Security Card Activation:

Social security card activation is only available at BOC Bank.

Bank of China now only provides counter activation. You need to go to any Bank of China branch with your original valid ID and social security card to activate your social security card. When you activate your social security card in Dalian, the teller must activate both the financial function and the social security function; in other areas, only the financial function can be activated.
