Disabled people pay social security every year subsidies

Three levels of disability have subsidies, the subsidy policy is as follows:

1, the standard of living subsidy for persons with disabilities in difficulty: first and second level of disability is 800 yuan per person per year; third and fourth level of disability is 400 yuan per person per year.

2. The standard of care subsidy for persons with severe disabilities is 60 yuan per person per month. Cities and counties (cities and districts) that have the conditions to do so may set the subsidy standard in stages according to the degree of difficulty of the disabled.

3. Places with the necessary conditions are encouraged to expand the scope and raise the standard.

4. Expenses such as wages and social security expenditures for disabled workers (including the entrepreneurs themselves) can be included in the company's operating costs at double the cost.

5. Business income derived from labor services performed by individuals with disabilities shall be exempted from business tax and individual income tax upon approval by the competent tax authorities.

Regulations on Work-Related Injury Insurance

Article 33 The lump-sum disability benefit shall be paid from the Work-Related Injury Insurance Fund according to the level of disability, and the standard shall be as follows: first-degree disability shall be 24 months of one's own salary, second-degree disability shall be 22 months of one's own salary, third-degree disability shall be 20 months of one's own salary, and fourth-degree disability shall be 18 months of one's own salary.

Article 34 The lump-sum disability benefit shall be paid from the Work Injury Insurance Fund according to the grade of disability, and the standard shall be 16 months' salary for Grade 5 disability and 14 months' salary for Grade 6 disability.

Article 35 The lump-sum disability benefit shall be paid from the Work Injury Insurance Fund according to the grade of disability, and the standard shall be: 12 months' salary for Grade 7 disability, 10 months' salary for Grade 8 disability, 8 months' salary for Grade 9 disability, and 6 months' salary for Grade 10 disability.
