If you can change the temporary social security card into a formal card, you can directly apply to the local social security bureau for replacement. In most cases, it is a formal social security card issued directly and does not need to be replaced.

The cardholder holds the original and photocopy of his/her ID card to apply for card replacement at the service outlets of the social security card center, and signs the business confirmation form in writing to confirm the card replacement application. After 7 working days of card replacement, I will get a new card at the original handling point with my card replacement business credentials and my ID card, and at the same time, I will hand over the old card to the business handling point and send it to the social security card center service outlet for unified destruction.

4. It is almost the same to transfer the certificate to the social security center of the current unit to the provinces.
