How to deal with social security when a soldier comes back?

Retired soldiers who participate in the enterprise endowment insurance system after retirement shall take the initiative to apply to the social security sub-center where the resettlement place or the retired resettlement unit is located for the transfer and connection procedures of the pension insurance relationship of retired soldiers. Bring the original Payment Voucher of Military Retirement Pension Insurance, Transfer and Continuation Information Form of Military Retirement Pension Insurance and a copy of the bank remittance voucher issued by the army to the social security sub-center.

When a soldier retires, the logistics financial department of the unit where he works shall fill in the Certificate of Personal Account Transfer of Medical Insurance for Retired Military Personnel or the Certificate of Personal Account Transfer of Medical Insurance for Retired Military Personnel, and give it to him, and remit the funds of personal account of medical insurance for retired military personnel from the bank to the social insurance agency in the receiving and resettlement area in time. After a soldier retires from active service, he shall hand over the Personal Account Transfer Certificate of Medical Insurance for Retired Military Personnel or the Personal Account Transfer Certificate of Compulsory Medical Insurance for Retired Military Personnel to the receiving unit, and the receiving unit shall go through the settlement procedures for the personal account of basic medical insurance for urban workers. The social insurance agency in the receiving resettlement area shall, within 20 days after receiving the transfer certificate provided by the receiving unit or individual ex-soldiers, establish (or continue) individual accounts for basic medical insurance for urban workers in accordance with the relevant provisions on the management of basic medical insurance for urban workers. In areas where the service years are regarded as the payment years of basic medical insurance, the service years of retired soldiers are regarded as the payment years of insurance.

Article 21. After officers retire, the state properly arranges them by means of retirement, job transfer, monthly retirement allowance and demobilization.

If it is handed over to the people's government for retirement, the people's government in the resettlement area shall do a good job in service management and ensure its treatment in accordance with the combination of state security and socialized services.

In case of resettlement, the people's government of the resettlement place shall arrange jobs and determine the corresponding job grades according to their ability and political integrity during their active service and their positions, grades, contributions, expertise and work needs.

Those who have served in active service for a certain period of time and receive a monthly retirement pension will receive a monthly retirement pension in accordance with relevant state regulations.

Those who are resettled through demobilization shall receive demobilization fees in accordance with relevant state regulations.

Twenty-second retired noncommissioned officers shall be properly placed by the state by receiving monthly retirement benefits, self-employment, job arrangement and retirement support.

Those who have served in active service for a certain period of time and receive a monthly retirement pension will receive a monthly retirement pension in accordance with relevant state regulations.

Those who have not served in active service for the prescribed number of years and are self-employed will receive a one-time retirement pension.

Where resettlement is arranged through work, the people's government of the resettlement place shall arrange the work according to their contributions and specialties during their active service.

For retirement resettlement, the people's government of the resettlement area shall, in accordance with the combination of state security and socialized services, do a good job in service management and ensure their treatment.
