(1) Units participating in the basic old-age insurance should first apply for social insurance registration with the local social insurance agency. When doing so, they need to bring legal person code certificate, business license (or approval certificate of establishment and other approved practice certificates) and other materials. (2) After the unit handles the social insurance registration, it shall handle the payment declaration according to the requirements of the social insurance agency, fill in the relevant roster of the insured employees and retirees of the unit, and provide relevant information that can truly reflect the number and salary income of the insured personnel for the social insurance agency to verify and confirm the participation. (3) After the unit is registered and verified by the social insurance agency, it shall go to the social insurance agency in time to pay the basic old-age insurance premium for the employees and handle other related businesses.
