Within1-15th of each month, the payer can use the "auxiliary system for full-responsibility collection and declaration of social security fees and local taxes" (hereinafter referred to as the "auxiliary system for declaration") to make and export the increase or decrease quotation file, and store it in a USB flash drive. Submit the floppy disk (U disk), the paper personal details registration form of social insurance premium in duplicate, a copy of the tax registration certificate and a copy of the social security registration certificate to the tax service hall for declaration. 2. Online declaration: The payer who has started online declaration can add or subtract staff online within 1- 15 days every month. The payer can make and export the increase or decrease quotation documents through the "reporting auxiliary system", and then log in to the interface of "Guangdong local tax website www.gdltax.gov.cn or Guangzhou local tax website www.gzds.gov.cn" (hereinafter referred to as "local tax website"-tax service hall ") to read the quotation documents; Or directly enter the declaration on the local tax website; Or download the import template for online declaration of increase or decrease from the local tax website, fill it out and log in to the local tax website to read the file.
