Receiving condition

Application material

1, fill in the Shenzhen unemployment insurance application review form;

2. Copy of Shenzhen unemployment registration certificate (original inspection);

3. Copy of ID card and household registration book (original inspection);

4. Copy of personal current savings passbook (account name page) of any one of the four state-owned commercial banks of industry, agriculture, China and China Construction (original inspection);
