Letter of introduction on the transfer of employee's basic endowment insurance relationship

According to the current policy, it is issued by the Social Security Bureau. Specific process:

Handling process: social security transfer, file box connection.

1. Bring my household registration ID card to window 5 to receive the File Transfer Letter and the letter of introduction.

2. With a letter of introduction, go to Harbin Social Security Bureau to receive a letter of acceptance of pension declaration and its relationship.

3 with the file transfer letter and admission notice to go back to the original place for file transfer and pension insurance transfer procedures.

4. Go to Window 5 of our center to handle the formalities of archives and transfer of endowment insurance in different places.

5. Go to Harbin Social Security Bureau (No.423 Youyi Road) to renew the insurance with the letter of introduction, the pension fund transfer form and the employee basic pension insurance personal account form.
