2. When you go to Jiangsu for insurance, you will open an acceptance certificate (endowment insurance and medical insurance).

3. Go to Shanghai for social security transfer with the receipt certificate of the transfer place.

4. After the social security is transferred out, the medical insurance will be transferred out with the social security transfer certificate of Shanghai social security department.
