According to regulations, the minimum payment base of Beijing social security is 5869 yuan, and the maximum payment base is 3 1884 yuan. If the salary base reported by the unit is lower than the minimum standard, all units must also pay the five insurance fees for employees according to the minimum payment base.

Social security units should bear 16% old-age insurance, 9% medical insurance, 0.5% unemployment insurance, 0.2% industrial injury insurance and 0.8% maternity insurance. Individual workers should bear 8% of endowment insurance, 2% of medical insurance, serious illness insurance in 3 yuan and 0.5% of unemployment insurance. According to the minimum payment base, the five insurances bear 2 174.54 yuan per month.
