Is it reliable to pay social security online?

Legal analysis: online payment of social security is not reliable, and there is no labor relationship between employees and enterprises, nor is it labor dispatch. It is illegal to pay social security only by calling the agency. Social insurance can be paid by the employer, or it can be paid directly to the social insurance fee collection agency as a flexible employee. According to Article 60 of the Social Insurance Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the employer shall declare and pay social insurance premiums on its own, and pay them in full and on time. Except for legal reasons such as force majeure, the payment shall not be postponed or reduced. The social insurance premiums that employees should pay shall be withheld and remitted by the employer, and the employer shall inform me of the details of paying social insurance premiums on a monthly basis. Individual industrial and commercial households without employees, part-time employees who have not participated in social insurance in the employing units and other flexible employees can pay social insurance premiums directly to the social insurance premium collection agencies.

Article 2 The state establishes social insurance systems such as basic old-age insurance, basic medical insurance, industrial injury insurance, unemployment insurance and maternity insurance, so as to guarantee citizens' right to receive material assistance from the state and society in accordance with the law in case of old age, illness, industrial injury, unemployment and maternity.

Article 3 The social insurance system adheres to the principles of wide coverage, basic protection, multi-level and sustainability, and the level of social insurance should be compatible with the level of economic and social development.
