There are no specific provisions on the individual payment standard of medical insurance in China, but there are specific provisions on social security.

Medical insurance refers to the basic medical insurance premium paid in full and on time by employers and employees according to the principle of compulsory social insurance through national legislation. If it is not paid in full and on time, the basic medical insurance fund will not pay its medical expenses regardless of individual accounts.

Personal payment standard of medical insurance:

The cost of basic medical insurance for employees shall be paid jointly by the unit and employees. The employer's contribution ratio is 7.5% of the total wages of employees, and the employee's contribution ratio is 2% of my salary income. With the development of economy, the payment ratio of employers and employees can be adjusted accordingly.

The employer's total average monthly salary of employees in the previous year is the payment base, and the average monthly salary income of employees in the previous year is the payment base.
