What will happen to social security contributions?

Social security payment will have the following effects:

1. Interrupting the payment of endowment insurance will affect the later payment period and pension collection. After re-payment, the payment period before and after can be combined;

2. If the medical insurance payment is interrupted, you can't enjoy the relevant treatment. After re-payment, the payment period is calculated according to the new insurance, and the payment period cannot be combined before and after;

3. Others:

(1) Medical insurance means that you can enjoy lifelong treatment only after you have paid a certain number of years. Men and women can enjoy lifelong medical insurance after 20 years of payment. Medical insurance is interrupted, and medical insurance benefits cannot be enjoyed during the interruption. However, medical insurance has a buffer period from the date of interruption. If the insurance has not been renewed for more than 3 months, the continuous payment period will be recalculated, and the medical insurance reimbursement amount and the medical insurance amount for major diseases will also be affected.

(2) If the old-age insurance has not been paid for 15 years, you cannot receive the old-age insurance on a monthly basis. You need to pay at least 15 years, and you can get a monthly pension when you reach retirement age. If the payment is stopped halfway, it can be renewed, but it may affect the pension benefits after retirement.

Unemployed persons who have one of the following circumstances during the period of receiving unemployment insurance benefits will stop receiving unemployment insurance benefits and enjoy other unemployment insurance benefits:

(1) Re-employment;

(2) Those who should be conquered for military service;

(3) Having emigrated;

(four) enjoy the basic old-age insurance benefits;

(5) Refusing to accept appropriate jobs or training provided by departments or institutions designated by local people's governments without justifiable reasons.
