(1) Announcement

(2) Registration and qualification examination

Those who apply voluntarily need to bring their original ID card, household registration book, graduation certificate, student status file and copy of A4 paper to register in Room 302 of the County Personnel, Labor and Social Security Bureau. When registering, you need to bring 3 recent color bareheaded 1 inch photos and pay the examination fee to 200 yuan.

(3) Examination

This exam is organized according to the professional category of the recruitment position. The positions in the logistics service center of the political and legal organs, the positions of TV reporters and the positions in our company are carried out in a combination of written examination and interview according to the proposed recruitment ratio of 1: 3, with the written examination score accounting for 70% and the interview score accounting for 30%. Apply for the post of logistics service center of political and legal organs for physical examination according to the ratio of 1: 2. Other positions are only written tests, without interviews. The written test adopts a percentage system, and the written test content is job-related professional knowledge. When the number of applicants is less than 3 times, the leading group will decide whether to open the exam. After the exam, the exam results and rankings will be announced in time.

(4) Evaluation

After the assessment, the difference assessment shall be conducted according to the method of adding 2 persons to be hired. After examination, all those who violate the law and discipline will be disqualified. And from the perspective of the objects included in the investigation, they will be supplemented in turn according to the level. Those who pass the examination and assessment, if the last person recruited has tied scores, will be hired together.

(5) Publicity

According to the ranking of candidates' total scores, the examination leading group puts forward the list of candidates to be hired from high to low, and publicizes it in Kailu County Party and Government Information Network and Kailu County Personnel, Labor and Social Security Bureau. The publicity period is 7 days.

(6) Employment

Those who pass the examination will be hired, sign an employment contract, have a probation period of one year, receive probation salary and enjoy all the benefits of the employer. After the probation period expires, it is listed as the official establishment of public institutions. Those who fail the exam will be expelled.

Anyone who is formally hired to work at the grassroots level shall sign an orientation agreement and shall not be transferred within 5 years.
