Steps to open a social security card in a bank

Go to the bank to open a social security card:

1. If you have a local account, you only need an ID card. If your account is not local, you can go to a nearby photo studio to issue a photo receipt.

2. Fill in the Application Form for Handling Industrial and Commercial and Social Security Cards with your personal ID card and photo receipt for handling social security.

3. After one month, I will go to get some money, and there will be a short message informing me to get my social security card back. After getting the card, the staff asked to set two passwords. One is the medical insurance card password, that is, you need to enter the password when you go to the pharmacy to buy medicine and swipe your card, or when you are reimbursed by the hospital. Another password is equivalent to a bank card, which can deposit and withdraw money, including pension. When applying, you need to bring your ID card, household registration book, application form (citizens with collective household registration need to bring the household registration certificate issued by the local police station or police station) and other related materials. Specific steps for handling social security cards

1. Employees who have already applied for social security cards but need to apply for them again after losing them do not need to submit a digital photo receipt.

2. Enterprises that have applied for online declaration can directly apply for online certification. First, print the voucher, sort out the employee's digital photo receipts that need to be prepared according to the order of printing the voucher (this receipt is not needed for the lost replacement card) and attach it to the list, and provide a copy of the employee's ID card, submit it to the business card printing window designated by social security, pay the fee and receive the business card printing receipt.

3. If the online declaration is not made, the enterprise shall submit a copy of the employee's ID card and a receipt of the social security card's digital photo (this receipt is not needed to report the loss of the replacement card). The receipt of the social security card's digital photo shall be arranged in the order of the insurance report and attached to the insurance report. If the lost social security card needs to be reissued, you can directly fill in the "X City Social Security Card Replacement (Loss Reporting) Application Form". After the collection department to which the payment belongs prints the voucher list, it can pay at the business card printing window designated by social security and receive the business card printing receipt.

4. If you pay in the personal payment window, submit the original ID card and the receipt of the digital photo of the social security card (this is not necessary for those who have already applied for the social security card), fill out the form in the personal payment window of the social security institution, pay the fee, and get the printed receipt of the business card.

5. The insured unit or individual pays the fee, and the insured individual will pick up the card at the original business card printing acceptance window within the specified time with the business card printing receipt.

To sum up, 30 working days after I successfully submitted the application registration form and other related materials at the service point, I went to the social security card of the issuing bank to get the card, and went through the card activation formalities with the original ID card.

Article 58

The employing unit shall, within 30 days from the date of employment, apply to the social insurance agency for social insurance registration for its employees. If the social insurance has not been registered, the social insurance agency shall verify the social insurance premium it should pay.

Employees-free individual industrial and commercial households who voluntarily participate in social insurance, part-time employees who do not participate in social insurance in the employing unit and other flexible employees shall apply to the social insurance agency for social insurance registration.

The state establishes a national unified personal social security number. Personal social security number is a citizen's identity number.
