Specific steps for handling social security cards

First, print the voucher, sort out the employee's digital photo receipts that need to be prepared according to the order of printing the voucher (this receipt is not needed for the lost replacement card) and attach it to the list, and provide a copy of the employee's ID card, submit it to the business card printing window designated by social security, pay the fee and receive the business card printing receipt.
3. If the online declaration is not made, the enterprise shall submit a copy of the employee's ID card and a receipt of the social security card's digital photo (this receipt is not needed to report the loss of the replacement card). The receipt of the social security card's digital photo shall be arranged in the order of the insurance report and attached to the insurance report. If the lost social security card needs to be reissued, you can directly fill in the "X City Social Security Card Replacement (Loss Reporting) Application Form". After the collection department to which the payment belongs prints the voucher list, it can pay at the business card printing window designated by social security and receive the business card printing receipt.
4. If you pay in the personal payment window, submit the original ID card and the receipt of the digital photo of the social security card (this is not necessary for those who have already applied for the social security card), fill out the form in the personal payment window of the social security institution, pay the fee, and get the printed receipt of the business card.
5. The insured unit or individual pays the fee, and the insured individual will pick up the card at the original business card printing acceptance window within the specified time with the business card printing receipt.
To sum up, 30 working days after I successfully submitted the application registration form and other related materials at the service point, I went to the social security card of the issuing bank to get the card, and went through the card activation formalities with the original ID card.
