Information on handling securities passes in Beijing.

When applying for E-Pass digital certificate, legal person users need to bring the following materials and related expenses to the E-Pass service outlets to apply for the certificate.

1. official seal of the company or the completed Application Form for Digital Certificate of One Card in Beijing (in duplicate, with official seal);

2. The original of any one of the organization code certificate, industrial and commercial business license and tax registration certificate (if the three certificates are incomplete, the original social security registration certificate or other certificates recognized by the government shall be carried);

3. Original valid ID card of the handler. If you carry other valid identity documents, you need to provide both the original and a copy (with official seal);

4. Certificate fee: the first one-to-one digital certificate applied by legal person users is free; Two-level and above digital certificates for enterprise users 180 yuan/set.

Precautions:

1. If the tax application is opened, you need to bring the original tax registration certificate or the original industrial and commercial business license with a unified social credit code (users need to know the computer code). When the tax registration numbers of national tax and local tax are inconsistent, you need to bring the original tax registration certificates of national tax and local tax to the local tax acceptance point to collect them. It is recommended to give priority to the local tax outlets;

2. If you don't need to apply for tax, please bring the original organization code certificate first;

3. If there is no organization code certificate, industrial and commercial business license or tax registration certificate, you need to bring the original and photocopy of the social security registration certificate (with official seal) or other documents approved by the government (with official seal);

4. Rules for issuing free certificates:

Only one certificate can be obtained for each organization's code certificate, business license or social security registration certificate free of charge, and two or more digital certificates 180 yuan/set.
