The guarantee method is: 16 years old and under 35 years old, mainly focusing on employment training, or voluntarily participating in the old-age security for landless farmers; At least 35 years of age but under 60 years of age, key organizations will guide them to participate in the old-age security for landless farmers, or they can voluntarily participate in the old-age subsidies for landless farmers; Those who have reached the age of 60 are directly included in the scope of pension benefits, and the guarantee standard is not lower than the minimum living guarantee standard for local rural residents. Land-expropriated farmers can only choose one of the above-mentioned security methods and enjoy a security treatment. Those who have participated in the endowment insurance for employees of government agencies and institutions will no longer be included in the scope of protection.
