Not exceeding the statutory retirement age: as of the previous year, 65438+February 3 1, generally, men should be under 60 years old, female employees under 50 years old and female cadres (management positions) under 55 years old, and the employer will normally pay social insurance premiums for them continuously. In case of national retirement policy adjustment, the new policy shall be implemented;

3. Have paid social insurance in Chengdu for 7 years or more. By the end of the previous year (65438+February 3 1) when the application for settlement of points began, the applicant should have paid social insurance for 7 years in a row (the accumulated payment record should not exceed 5 months), and the payment of pension, medical care, unemployment, work injury and maternity insurance should comply with the relevant provisions of Chengdu social insurance. The actual payment record should be formed before 65438+February 3 1 of the previous year when the application for settlement of points begins, and the payment status is normal;

4. No criminal record. The legal documents effective by the people's court or the certificate issued by the local public security organ shall prevail.

If a citizen moves out of the place under the jurisdiction of the household registration, he or the head of the household shall apply to the household registration authority for emigration registration, obtain a migration certificate and cancel the household registration.

Citizens who move from rural areas to cities must apply to the permanent residence registration authority for moving out with the employment certificate of the urban labor department, the school admission certificate, or the approval certificate of the urban household registration authority.

Citizens moving to border areas must be approved by the public security organs of the counties, cities and municipal districts where they live.
