Foshan social security suspended for one month.

According to Foshan purchase restriction policy:

Throughout Chancheng District, Guicheng Street, dali town and Feishui in Nanhai District, Daliang Street, Chencun Town, Beijiao Town and Lecong Town in Shunde District implement the purchase restriction policy for new commercial housing:

1. If a household registered in this city owns two or more houses in this city, the sales of new commercial houses in the above areas will be suspended.

2. Non-local households without housing can purchase 1 set of new commercial housing in the above areas.

3. Non-registered households who own 1 apartment in this city should provide the personal income tax payment certificate or social insurance payment certificate that has been paid in this city for more than 1 year within two years before the date of purchase when purchasing the second set of newly-built commercial housing in the above area, and it will not be recognized through the overdue personal income tax or social insurance payment certificate.

4. Non-registered households in this city have two or more houses in this city, and the sales of new commercial housing in the above areas will be suspended.
