1. 1. Employees line up with ID cards and application forms.

2. Fill in the bank "debit card" application form, copy the relevant information, and wait for the call.

3. After hearing the call sign, print the surrender document at the designated window.

4. Employees should sign the triple sheet and press their fingers after checking it.

5. Go to the bank window and wait for the bank debit card.

1. When employees who have not applied for or applied for social security cards after enrollment come to surrender, they must indicate their social security computer number and ID number on the resignation certificate stamped with the official seal or special personnel seal, indicating that the card has not been applied for or is being applied for, and then paste their recent photos and affix the official seal or special personnel seal on the photos.

5. In order to protect employees' own interests, it is suggested that employees with non-deep household registration should not rush to surrender when they change their units or resign temporarily. When you really want to leave Shenzhen, if there is a social security receiving institution in the place where the account is located, transfer the social security relationship back to the social security institution in the place where the account is located; If there is no social security receiving institution or the retirement age is determined, you can consider surrendering. 6. Whether the employee is in Shenzhen or not, the employee's personal account will be kept until the insurance is returned (transferred). 7. Surrender shall be handled by the insured employee himself and shall not be collected on his behalf. If it is really necessary for others to receive social insurance benefits on their behalf due to objective circumstances, they shall go to the notary office where the household registration is located to handle the entrustment certificate of receiving relevant social insurance benefits, and provide the original and photocopy of the ID card of the client and the recipient, as well as the social security card and unit certificate of the client.
