1. 2. After entering the social security online declaration, select "social insurance payment declaration-social insurance payment declaration and change-employee social insurance payment wage declaration" in the directory, enter the applicant and mobile phone number, check the reading instructions, and click "Next". The operation mode can be "Single Add" or "Batch Add".
3. Select "Single Add" to confirm the reporting year of "2022". The information of current declarable personnel will appear below. Enter the "Last Year's Monthly Salary" and "Mobile Phone Number" of each employee truthfully in the list below, tick the small box in front of the employee information, and then click "Add Verification". (Note: (1) If the average monthly salary of each employee is the same as last year, you can enter it in "Average Monthly Salary of Last Year" above, and then click "Batch Salary"; (2) The employee's mobile phone number must be filled in, and the employee will be notified by SMS after the application is completed)
4. If "Batch Add" is selected, click "Template Download", open the template "Annual Employee Social Insurance Payment Wage Declaration Form", enter the reporting year 2022, fill in the sample from the first line, and fill in the sample from the next line, save it, click "Select Offer", upload the offer file, and then click "Upload Verification".
5. The system will automatically check. If the check fails, it will be resubmitted according to the failure reason. If the verification is successful, click Save.
6. Read the declaration letter of commitment carefully, check the application materials, click "Confirm Submit" to complete the declaration of employees' social insurance payment wages, print the declaration letter of commitment and the Declaration Form of Employees' Social Insurance Payment Wages (2022) (hereinafter referred to as the "Declaration Form"), and keep it for future reference according to the requirements of file management after being signed and confirmed by the legal person and the employee himself and stamped with the official seal of the unit. (Note: Before the new social insurance payment standard is put into use, the insured units can declare again several times, and the data of the last declaration shall prevail. )
7. After the declaration of the insured unit is completed, you can query the business results in the "Office Records of the Unit".
