Two, on the determination of the insured as payment period.

(1) If the formal employees of the original organs and institutions were dismissed or resigned by the unit 2014161recently, they moved to work in enterprises or engaged in individual industrial and commercial households, self-employed and adopted various flexible employment methods, they should participate in the basic old-age insurance for enterprise employees as required. If the payment is interrupted, the continuous length of service recognized by the relevant provisions of the state and province before the establishment of the individual account can be regarded as the payment period.

(2) If the former employees of state-owned enterprises and collective enterprises approved by the labor and personnel departments at or above the county level are re-employed by the enterprise after the labor relationship with the original unit is terminated according to law, the new employer and individual employees shall participate in the basic old-age insurance for urban enterprise employees according to regulations; Engaged in individual industrial and commercial households, self-employed and adopt a variety of flexible employment methods, should be required as flexible employees to participate in the basic old-age insurance for enterprise employees. If the payment is interrupted, the continuous length of service recognized by the relevant provisions of the state and the province before September 30, 1995 can be regarded as the payment period.

(3) After going through the retirement formalities, the basic pension shall be calculated and paid according to the Implementation Opinions of the People's Government of Yunnan Province on Improving the Basic Old-age Insurance System for Enterprise Employees (Yun [2006]139) and relevant supporting regulations.

(4) Persons who meet the above-mentioned requirements for determining the deemed payment period and have gone through the retirement formalities may apply for re-determining the payment period, and calculate and pay the basic pension according to the relevant policies of the year of retirement, and the increase will be paid from the second month after re-determination.
