What is included in Suzhou Park Category B Social Security (Provident Fund)

The Class B Comprehensive Security Plan (Class B Plan) is a social insurance system developed by the Park in accordance with national social insurance laws and regulations. The Type B plan contains five social insurance systems, including basic pension, basic medical care, work injury, unemployment and maternity.

Employees participating in the Type B plan should separately participate in the Park's Housing Provident Fund

The total contribution of Type B is 31% of the total salary, of which 20% is for the unit and 11% for the individual

Divided into a co-ordinated account and an individual account

The co-ordinated account consists of 15% for old-age pension, 1% for unemployment, 2% for medical care, 1% for birth, 1% for industrial and commercial

Individual account: medical 3%, pension 8%

Separately participate in the Park Housing Provident Fund, the unit and the employee to contribute 8% each (*** counting 16%), and can be implemented variable contribution (8%)
