Conditions for college students to settle down and buy a house in Chengdu

Meet any of the above three points and you can buy a house.

1, Chengdu Hukou: You can purchase enterprise social security for 12 months in a row, and you can buy a house in the area where your Hukou is located. If you want to buy a house in other areas, you can only pay the enterprise social security for 24 months continuously, or move your account to the local area. At present, it is quite troublesome to register in lateral transfer.

2. Non-local hukou: If the hukou outside Chengdu needs to buy a house in Chengdu, it must pay the enterprise social security for 24 months continuously, and the area of buying a house depends on the attribution of the social security in the last month. In other words, if you pay enterprise social security in Chengdu continuously, then you can buy a house in any area of Chengdu, and only need to change the social security in the last month.

It is impossible to directly make up for a year or two to qualify for buying a house. Chengdu's current purchase restriction policy is quite strict. Even if you spend a lot of money to get the qualification to buy a house, it is risky and not worth the loss. If there is a need to buy a house in Chengdu in the past two years, it is appropriate to pay social security through normal channels.

Legal basis: Article 10 of the Regulations on Registration of Household Registration in People's Republic of China (PRC), if a citizen moves out of the jurisdiction of the place where the household registration is located, he or the head of the household shall apply to the household registration authority for registration, obtain a transfer certificate and cancel the household registration before moving out.

Citizens who move from rural areas to cities must apply to the permanent residence registration authority for moving out with the employment certificate of the urban labor department, the school admission certificate, or the approval certificate of the urban household registration authority.

Citizens moving to border areas must be approved by the public security organs of the counties, cities and municipal districts where they live.
