Social security payment base cannot have decimal point.

1. According to national regulations, the social security payment base should not be lower than 1 times of the local minimum wage standard and not higher than 3 times of the local maximum wage standard. Therefore, the social security payment base is generally determined in integer form, and decimal points are not allowed.

2. In Chinese mainland, the social security payment base is generally calculated according to the monthly wage income.
