3. Illegally handling retirement by forging or altering personal files, labor ability appraisal conclusions and other means, illegally increasing the deemed payment period, and defrauding the basic old-age insurance benefits;

4. By lying about work-related injuries, forging or altering certification materials, or providing false work-related injury identification conclusions or labor ability identification conclusions, defrauding work-related injury insurance benefits and obtaining work-related injury identification or labor ability identification;

5, by forging or altering medical information, bills, etc. , or use the identity of the injured person to seek medical treatment, configure assistive devices, and defraud the industrial injury insurance benefits;

6, other fraudulent, forged documents and other means to defraud social insurance benefits.

Social insurance agencies, medical institutions, pharmaceutical trading units and other social insurance service institutions defraud social insurance fund expenditures by fraud, forgery of certification materials or other means, and the social insurance administrative department shall order them to return the defrauded social insurance money and impose a fine of more than 2 times and less than 5 times the amount defrauded; If it belongs to a social insurance service institution, the service agreement shall be terminated; If the directly responsible person in charge and other directly responsible personnel are qualified, their qualifications shall be revoked according to law.
