Is social security personal or full?

Whether social security is refunded in a single form or in full shall be decided according to the following conditions:

1. Foreign rural hukou can apply for a refund of individual contributions after leaving the company, but the part paid by the unit cannot be refunded;

2. Urban hukou cannot be surrendered halfway. Only those who die, settle abroad or pay less at the statutory retirement age 15 years can be surrendered; But it can only be returned to the individual part, and the unit part cannot be returned;

3. If the social security fee is fully paid, only one-third of the money can be refunded, and the remaining two-thirds belong to the unit payment and cannot be refunded;

4. The housing accumulation fund in five insurances and one fund can be refunded in full, that is, both individuals and companies can be refunded.

You can apply to the local social security bureau according to your actual situation. The required materials include my ID card, application for surrender, social security card (pension paid by social security, medical insurance card), bank card (name on ID card to open an account, one of the four major banks), company certificate and online appointment.
