Third, the price level. Last year, the price level of urban residents related to this incident was 1.4%, which should be relatively moderate.

Fourth, the per capita disposable income of urban residents increased by 7.4% last year.

Fifth, the social security fund is the carrying capacity of the pension fund itself. All these factors add up to form a plan to adjust the treatment.

Therefore, Committee member Hu Xiaoyi thinks that about 6.5% is appropriate. Of course, it doesn't mean that everyone is up 6.5%. It is mentioned in the budget report that employees in enterprises, especially those who are poorly paid, hard and remote, should be properly inclined, which reflects both fairness and differences.
