The parties need to find a company to pay social security on behalf of the company, should choose when the social security agency, pay the service fee as well as social security premiums used to make payments on behalf of the company. China's Social Insurance Law provides that employers and individuals in the People's Republic of China *** and the State pay social insurance premiums in accordance with the law, and have the right to inquire about the payment record, personal rights and interests record, and request the social insurance agency to provide social insurance consulting and other related services.

Article 57 of the Social Insurance Law of the People's Republic of China*** and the People's Republic of China states that employers shall, within thirty days from the date of their establishment and on the basis of their business licenses, certificates of registration, or seals of their units, apply for registration of social insurance with their local social insurance administration agencies. The social insurance agency shall examine and approve the application within fifteen days from the date of receipt of the application and issue the social insurance registration document. Article 58 of the Social Insurance Law of the People's Republic of China stipulates that employers shall, within 30 days from the date of employment, apply to the social insurance agency for social insurance registration for their employees. If the employer fails to register for social insurance, the social insurance agency shall authorize the social insurance premiums to be paid by the employer. Voluntary participation in social insurance for individual business households without employees, part-time workers who do not participate in social insurance in the employer, and other flexible employment shall apply to the social insurance agency for social insurance registration.
