What materials should be provided to move social insurance from Tianjin to Kaili, Guizhou?

Social security transfer is a process that the insured needs to take to transfer the old-age insurance relationship through inter-provincial mobile employment, as long as the insured applies.

Required information:

When the social security agency at the receiving place issues an acceptance letter, it must provide the ID number of the transferor, the name of the bank where the social security agency at the transferring place is located and the social security account number at the transferring place;

I must go to the company to handle the social security transfer formalities with the admission notice, social security manual and termination of the contract. When handling the transfer formalities, Wanjia Shi Sheng Human Resources Company shall issue the transfer list of endowment insurance and the details of endowment insurance account to the transferor;

I must go to the medical insurance office to handle the medical insurance transfer procedures and medical insurance account settlement procedures with the "Pension Insurance Transfer List" issued by the company.

Transfer procedure:

Before the insured person flows across provinces, the social security agency of the original insured place shall issue the Certificate of Payment of Basic Endowment Insurance;

The insured holds the payment voucher, household registration book, ID card, etc. Until the social security agency of the new employment place applies for the continuation of the relationship;

The social security agency of the new employment place will review whether the applicant meets the requirements within 15 working days;

After receiving the contact letter 15 working days, the social security agency of the original insured place will clear up whether the applicant is in arrears in insurance payment and handle the transfer of the old-age insurance fund, terminate the applicant's local insurance relationship, and issue the basic old-age insurance relationship transfer and connection information form to the new insured place;

The social security institution of the newly insured place shall complete the relevant procedures within 15 working days after receiving the information form and transfer fund.
