1. After the insured person establishes the basic pension insurance relationship and pays the contributions according to the regulations in the new place of employment, the employer or the insured person submits a written application for the transfer and continuation of the basic pension insurance relationship to the social security agency in the new place of employment;
2. The social security agency in the new place of employment examines and reviews the application for the transfer and continuation of the basic pension insurance relationship within 15 working days and submits a written application to the social security agency in the new place of employment if the transfer and continuation of the basic pension insurance relationship meets the stipulated conditions. If the conditions are met, the social security agency in the place where the participant's original basic pension insurance relationship is located shall issue a letter of consent to accept the application and provide the relevant information;
3. The social security agency in the place where the participant's original basic pension insurance relationship is located shall, within 15 working days upon receipt of the letter of consent to accept the application, carry out the formalities of transferring and continuing the insurance relationship;
4. After receiving the transfer of basic pension insurance relations and funds from the social security agency in the place where the participants' original basic pension insurance relations are located, the new participating agency shall complete the relevant procedures within 15 working days and promptly notify the employer or the participants of the confirmation;
5. The years of contribution to pension insurance are cumulative, and there are allowed to be a gap in the middle of the period, which can be made up but can not be made up.
