1. Report before loss

Call the human resources and social security service hotline "12333" first, and report the loss according to the prompt. The pre-loss report is valid for 7 days and will be automatically unlocked after 7 days. You can also take your ID card to the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau to report the loss in advance.

2. Officially report the loss

If you determine that your social security card cannot be retrieved, you need to formally report the loss. First, go to your social security card issuing bank to officially report the loss. You need to provide the original ID card and the ID number on the social security card (if you don't know, call 12333 for consultation or go to the social security office for inquiry), go to the bank to receive the application for loss reporting, and then go to the social security service window to formally report the loss.

3, social security card replacement

After the social security card is officially reported lost, the original ID card is required to be reissued in the social security service window. The social security card needs to be reissued at the expense of 20 yuan. After completing the card replacement procedure, about 3 months later, I took my ID card and certificate to the social security office to get my social security card.

4. Temporary card
