I. Significance of Work Replacing the third-generation social security card is an important measure to implement the decision of the CPC Central Committee, the State Council, the provincial party committee and the provincial government to "simplify administration and decentralization, strengthen supervision and improve service" and promote the reform process of "simplify administration and decentralization, strengthen supervision and improve service" in our province. Two. Implementation Measures The third generation social security card is jointly issued by Sanming Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Sanming Rural Credit Cooperative and Rural Commercial Bank. It is a financial system integrating social security function and bank card function.

In order to quickly promote the redemption of the third generation social security card, the service window of social security card in Datian Rural Credit Cooperative has been increased from the original 1 (business department) to 24 (rural credit cooperatives), covering all towns and villages in the county, realizing the "nearby", "on-site" and "online" social security card services, which provides a strong service support for the redemption of the third generation social security card.

Three. Timetable In view of the current epidemic situation, in order to avoid crowd concentration and reduce the risk of epidemic spread, Datian Rural Credit Cooperative combined with voluntary service activities such as "Party Building Leading" and "I Do Practical Work for the Masses" to carry out business card printing, card replacement and activation in batches for all units free of charge.

1. The first batch of staff and retirees of various administrative institutions (including towns and villages), state-owned enterprises, collective enterprises, communities and village committees are to be replaced (202165438+February to March 2022).

Please attach great importance to all units, designate handling departments and personnel, collect and summarize the card replacement materials in advance (copy of ID card, signed and filled in the contact number), which will be collected by the exclusive account manager of the credit cooperative, and the card will be made in batches. After the card is made, the card will be activated at home. Township units are handled by the staff of the credit cooperatives in the jurisdiction, and urban units are handled by the business department, Yancheng Society, Chengguan Society, Xingye Society and Futian Branch according to the district, ensuring that the card replacement work is completed within the specified time, which has made a good start for the third generation social security card replacement in our county.

2. The second batch is the replacement of community residents and villagers (completed before the end of 2022). Rely on the staff of township social security stations, neighborhood committees and village committees to cooperate with the staff of credit cooperatives to collect copies of residents' and villagers' ID cards (copies need to be signed and filled in with contact numbers), and the outlets will go to the door to handle the card-receiving activation procedures after making cards, or customers will collect them at the outlets.
