What materials do I need to bring to open a social security account?

Information and process required for social security account opening:

1. Relevant materials of unit qualification certificate: the enterprise holds a copy of the Business License of Enterprise Legal Person and a copy of A4 specifications;

2. Organization code certificate: the organization code certificate issued by the national quality supervision department and a copy of A4 specification;

3. Legal person identity certificate: a copy of the ID card of the legal person or person in charge (subject to the business license), A4 specification;

4. Company bank account information: provide basic information of company bank account, including bank name, account number and bank line number (3-4 digits of exchange number);

5 provide the name of the township to which the unit belongs;

6. Other relevant documents and materials that are allowed to practice.
