After binding, you can directly see the outpatient service of Xixiang People's Hospital and all its subordinate social health centers. You can also bind a community health center in Xixiang. If you are bound to a community health center, you can only look at the clinic of this community health center. If you go to the superior Xixiang People's Hospital for outpatient service, you need a referral certificate from the community health center.
