How does Tianjin social security transfer to Beijing?

(1) After the insured establishes the basic insurance relationship in the new employment place and pays the fees according to the regulations, the employer or the insured shall submit a written application for the transfer and continuation of the insurance relationship to the social security agency in the new employment place.

(2) Within 15 working days, the social security agency in the newly insured place will review the application for transfer and continuation, send a consent letter to the social security agency in the place where the insured person's original basic insurance relationship is located, and provide relevant information; Do not meet the transfer conditions, make a written explanation to the applicant or the insured.

(3) The social security agency where the original basic insurance relationship is located shall handle all the transfer and connection procedures within 15 working days after receiving the acceptance letter.

(4) After receiving the basic insurance relationship and funds transferred by the social security agency where the insured's original basic insurance relationship is located, the new insurance agency shall complete the relevant procedures within 15 working days, and notify the employer or the insured of the confirmation in time.

(5) If there is a gap in the cumulative calculation of social insurance payment period, it may or may not be filled.
