Handling social security transfer procedures is self-running, and the previous company has no obligation to assist.

For those who have gone through normal resignation procedures, the resigned personnel shall go to the Park Provident Fund Management Center (Floor 2, Zhongxin Huijin Building, Suzhou Avenue East 123, Suzhou Industrial Park) to handle social security transfer to the new unit. If the new unit is still in Suzhou Industrial Park, there is no need to go through the transfer procedures, and the new unit will directly register with the park provident fund management center with the social security card number to complete the transfer of social security relations.

If you leave or fail to go through the resignation formalities, it proves that the labor relationship with the original unit is not settled. It may involve the interests of the original unit, and the park provident fund management center will not agree to transfer the social security relationship without seeing the notice of the original unit to terminate the labor relationship.

Information required for handling social security transfer:

After the employer completes the social security payment for the insured employees last month and goes through the resignation formalities, the insured employees shall bring the following materials to the "Center" to go through the social insurance relationship transfer formalities:

(1) Original and photocopy of my ID card and social security citizen card;

(2) Application Form for Social Insurance Relationship Transfer in Suzhou Industrial Park (Table E2);

● If the insured person needs to transfer the housing provident fund across cities, he/she shall provide a letter of acceptance of the housing provident fund issued by the housing agency in the transfer place; If you transfer to Suzhou, you need to provide the "Suzhou Urban Housing Provident Fund Transfer Joint Sheet" issued by the Suzhou Housing Provident Fund Management Agency.

● If the insured person needs to entrust others to handle it, he/she needs to fill in the power of attorney in the uniform format of the center and the original and photocopy of the ID cards of both parties.

Handle the social security relationship transfer-out process:

1. Transfer-out of basic old-age insurance and basic medical insurance: After reviewing relevant materials, the center will issue the basic old-age insurance and basic medical insurance payment vouchers to the insured.

2, the insured to the social security agencies to apply for the transfer of the relationship between old-age insurance and medical insurance, show the basic old-age insurance payment vouchers and basic medical insurance vouchers, fill in the basic old-age (medical) insurance relationship transfer application form.

Meet the requirements, in 15 working days to generate the basic old-age (medical) insurance relationship transfer and connection contact letter, sent to the Suzhou Industrial Park Social Insurance Fund Management Center (administrative division code is 320540).

4. After receiving the Contact Letter for the Transfer and Continuation of Basic Endowment (Medical) Insurance Relationship 15 working days, the Center will generate the Information Form for the Transfer and Continuation of Basic Endowment Insurance Relationship and the Information Form for the Change of the Insured's Medical Insurance Type, and send them to the social security agency in the transfer place by mail or online platform, and reserve funds at the same time (the general account pension fund in Jiangsu Province will not be transferred) to terminate the pension medical relationship in the park.

5. After receiving the Information Form of Basic Endowment Insurance Relationship Transfer and Continuation and the Information Form of Insured Person's Medical Insurance Type Change and the corresponding funds, the social security agency in the transfer place will continue to make good use of its personal accounts of endowment insurance and medical insurance within 15 working days, record the transfer information, and notify the employer or individual in the transfer place of the insured person.

6. Transfer of housing provident fund: The center handles the transfer or withdrawal of housing provident fund while transferring the social security relationship for the insured.

7. For the insured transferred across Suzhou, the center will handle the one-time withdrawal procedure for the balance of the housing account. If the insured requests to transfer the housing provident fund and issues a letter of acceptance of the housing provident fund issued by the housing intermediary agency in the transfer place, the center shall handle the transfer of the balance of the housing provident fund account.

8. For the insured transferred to Suzhou, if Suzhou Housing Provident Fund Management Agency issues Suzhou Urban Housing Provident Fund Transfer Joint Sheet, the Center will handle the transfer of the balance of the housing provident fund account for them. If there is no transfer account in the transfer place, the housing provident fund account shall be deposited in the park and operated in accordance with the relevant provisions on the balance.

The processing time is 15 working days, and the completion time is 45 working days.
