Announcement on Prevention and Control of Epidemic Situation of Open Recruitment Teacher Interview in Liaocheng, Shandong Province in 2022

First, the epidemic prevention preparation before the interview

(1) In order to ensure a smooth reference, candidates are advised not to leave Liaocheng within 7 days before the exam unless necessary. Candidates who are still in other places (outside the province and other cities in the province) should take the initiative to understand the relevant requirements of epidemic prevention and control in our city, and suggest using their own means of transportation to arrive "point-to-point", try to avoid taking public transportation and arrive in Liaocheng in advance according to regulations, so as not to delay the interview.

(2) Handle the "Shandong Electronic Health Pass Code" and "Traffic Big Data Travel Card" in advance.

(3) Prepare a corresponding number of negative nucleic acid test certificates (paper version), Shandong electronic health password green code (screenshot date: before interview 1 day, color printed paper version) and communication big data travel card green card (screenshot date: before interview 1 day, color printed paper version) as required.

The paper version of the negative certificate of nucleic acid test (the original or copy of the test report or the nucleic acid test result with complete personal information shown in the "Shandong Electronic Health Pass Code") must be submitted to the staff when entering the testing center. If you can't provide the negative certificate required for nucleic acid detection, you may not take the exam.

(4) Consciously carry out temperature measurement and health status monitoring every day, fill in the Interviewer Health Management Information Book (attachment) truthfully, and take the initiative to reduce going out, unnecessary parties and personal contact before the exam to ensure good health during the exam.

Second, the examinee management requirements

(a) candidates who have no history of living outside the city within 7 days before the interview, or candidates from cities without local epidemic in the province, must attend the interview with negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours before the interview.

(2) Candidates who have lived in cities outside the province within 7 days before the interview must provide negative proof of nucleic acid detection within 48 hours before departure, negative proof of nucleic acid detection within 48 hours before the interview after entering Shandong, or negative proof of nucleic acid detection within 24 hours or more before the interview after entering Shandong (of which 1 time is within 48 hours before the interview) before taking part in the interview.

(3) Candidates who have lived in local prefecture-level cities (non-medium-high-risk areas) within 7 days before the interview must arrive at the interview site at least 3 days in advance and complete two inspections every three days (the interval between the two inspections is at least 24 hours) before attending the interview.

(4) Candidates who have lived in counties (cities, districts and banners) with local epidemic situation within 7 days before the interview (non-medium-high-risk areas) must hold negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours before departure, and conduct 1 nucleic acid test on 1 day and the third day after arrival. When entering the site, hold the above-mentioned negative nucleic acid certificate and the negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours before the interview, and interview in the standby isolation examination room.

(5) In high-risk areas, the latest public health tips on recent epidemic prevention and control in Shandong Province published by the State Council client and the official account of "Shandong CDC" WeChat shall prevail. For areas where the medium and high risk areas have not been announced, but there are new cases of infected people within 7 days and there is a risk of community transmission, refer to the medium and high risk areas.

(6) To cure the confirmed cases and asymptomatic infected persons discharged from hospital, a health examination report should be held within 7 days before the visit. If the physical examination is normal, lung imaging shows that the lung lesions are completely absorbed, and those who are negative after two nucleic acid tests every 24 hours (1 time is 48 hours before the interview) can participate in the interview.

(7) In case of fever, cough and other symptoms 7 days before the interview, a diagnosis certificate issued by a medical institution and a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours before the interview shall be provided, and the interview shall be conducted in the standby isolation examination room.

(eight) candidates who belong to the following circumstances shall not participate in the interview:

1. Confirmed cases, suspected cases, asymptomatic infected persons, close contacts and sub-close contacts of monks during isolated observation;

2. Those who have not recovered symptoms such as fever and cough 7 days before the interview and have not ruled out infectious diseases and physical discomfort;

3. Persons who have a history of living and contact in key epidemic areas such as medium and high risk and have left the above areas for no more than 7 days;

4. An epidemic occurred in the candidate's residential community 10 days;

5. Living abroad and staying in China for less than 10 day;

6. Failing to provide health certificates such as negative nucleic acid test certificates as required.

Three. Relevant requirements on the day of the interview

(1) Candidates whose body temperature is normal (below 37.3℃) after on-site inspection, with interview notice, valid resident ID card, negative proof of nucleic acid test meeting the specified requirements and quantity (paper version), interviewer's health management information manual, Shandong electronic health pass code green card (color printed version) and communication big data travel card green card (color printed version), scan the site code of the test center and show it.

(2) Due to the need of epidemic prevention inspection before the exam, candidates are requested to reserve sufficient admission time, and it is recommended to arrive at the test center at least half an hour in advance, so as not to affect the exam.

(3) Candidates should bring their own disposable medical masks or surgical masks when taking the exam. In addition to taking off the mask as required when accepting identity verification, you should wear the mask all the way in and out of the test center. After entering the examination room and taking a seat, candidates can decide whether to continue wearing it. Candidates who are isolated from the examination room should always wear masks.
