The company plans to invest in New Supply and Marketing Industry Development Fund Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "New Supply and Marketing Fund") affiliated to China Supply and Marketing Group, which is an investment platform to help the rural revitalization strategy, enhance the service capacity for agriculture and promote the development of advantageous key industries. The controlling shareholder of the new cooperative group and the second largest shareholder of the company is China Supply and Marketing Group. China Supply and Marketing Group is a large-scale agriculture-related circulation industrial group approved by the State Council, and is a wholly-owned enterprise of the All-China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives.
