Treatment of abnormal hot pressing station of plum cutter

The abnormal handling method of hot pressing station of plum slitting laminating machine is as follows:

1. When the cutting head 1 is in poor contact with the plate, check and confirm that the side end face of the cutting head 1 is aligned with the surface of the plate and the plane of the cutting head 1.

2. When the cutting head 2 is in poor contact with the plate, check and confirm that the side end face of the cutting head 2 is aligned with the surface of the plate and the plane of the cutting head 2.

3. When the contact between the fixture and the printing plate is poor, check whether the end face of the opening side of the fixture is coated with a proper amount of silicone oil.

4. When the heating plate is not moving, manually press "Heating plate action" to make the heating plate move back and forth.

5. When the machine runs to the cable position, the cable switch has no induction. Press "Back End" to make it run normally.

6. When the cross beam moves to the left limit position, the left limit switch of the cross beam senses and presses "Front Stop" to make it run normally.

7. When the beam moves to the right limit position, the right limit switch of the beam senses it, and press "Back End Stop" to make it run normally.
