Second, be familiar with all the details of your submission.

Familiar with the cause of action, the parties, the facts of the case, the legal basis and the results. If you can remember the name of the presiding judge, you will certainly win the favor of the examiner.

Three, familiar with the trial process of all kinds of cases, especially the trial sequence.

There is no need to memorize the process sequence mechanically. If you can state some details of attending the trial, it should not affect the examiner's judgment. I didn't prepare for this question in advance. When the examiner asks questions, I am relatively calm. I described in detail the process of attending the trial, and even told the judge that the evidence submitted by the other party was not within the time limit for proof, so that the interrogation time was delayed for a few minutes.

Fourth, the internship assessment is a very important experience for the intern lawyer, and it is best to practice several times in advance. In areas with question banks, intern lawyers must be familiar with the questions in the question banks.

We are judged by the examiner, so it is natural to be nervous. If there is a lot of pressure at the scene, directly admit to the examiner that you are nervous, take a deep breath and wait until your mood is stable before answering the question. There is no shame in admitting that you are nervous.

Sixth, pay attention to politeness, especially to colleagues who don't usually say polite words. The interview and assessment of trainee lawyers may be a formality, but it is also a good opportunity to sum up their one-year internship. Respect for the examiner is actually respect for yourself.

Seven, in addition to questions about professional ethics, industry discipline, legal knowledge, most of the examiner's questions do not necessarily have standard answers, what is more important is the attitude and angle of answering questions.
