General situation of Xixiang town

Xixiang Town, located in the northwest of Qinyang City, Henan Province, is one of the four major FRP bases in China, with a total area of 99.3 square kilometers, jurisdiction over 27 administrative villages and a population of 59,000. It has unique advantages in location, resources and industry. Jiaozhi Railway runs through the whole territory, at the intersection of Jiaoke Road and Yunchong Road, and is connected with Jiaozheng, Jiaojin and Xinji expressway. It is an important hub of coal transportation in Shanxi, only 2.5 kilometers away from Shennong Mountain Scenic Area in Qinyang City. Qinbei Industrial Zone is located in the north of Xixiang Town and is rich in groundwater. There are more than 20 kinds of proven mineral deposits in Xixiang Town, among which bauxite, dolomite and limestone have large reserves, good quality and great mining value.

The glass fiber reinforced plastic industry in Xixiang Town has stepped into the development track of collectivization of business scale, diversification of product fields, mechanization of production methods and high-level management talents, and a number of well-known enterprises, such as Henan Wei Yong Group, Qinyang Hongchang Company, Qinyang Jin Hui Company, Qinyang Jinhongqiao Refrigeration Electromechanical Equipment Co., Ltd. and Qinyang Wuyang Glass Factory, have emerged. In addition, since 2008, Xixiang Town has cultivated a number of advantageous industries such as carbon, paper making and aluminum silicate cotton. Located in Xixiang Town, a leading agricultural industrialization enterprise in Jiaozuo City, Ganglong Huaishenbao Company, relying on the favorable conditions of 5,500 mu in Qinghe beach area, played a leading role, realized the industrialized operation of production, processing, storage and transportation and sales of Sihuai medicinal materials, and lengthened the agricultural industrial chain.
