Is there an establishment for recruiting social workers by the Civil Affairs Bureau?

Most social workers recruited by the Civil Affairs Bureau are not prepared.

Nowadays, social workers mainly refer to social workers working in social organizations, not directly employed by the Civil Affairs Bureau. Although the Civil Affairs Bureau undertakes the responsibility of managing and supervising social welfare undertakings, it has not set up a special institution to hire and manage social workers. Some institutions have their own independent preparation system, and can employ people with relevant qualifications and experience to engage in welfare service-related positions through open recruitment. These institutions include hospitals, nursing homes and child welfare institutions.
