1. Applicants should have the following qualifications:

I don't work in the North Third District, but my spouse works in the organs, state-owned enterprises and institutions in the North Third District; Familiar with trade union business, with more than one year working experience in trade union system; Obtain a bachelor's degree in building a world-class university or building a world-class discipline; Those who have obtained a master's degree or above are relaxed to 40 years old (born after August1981);

(6) College degree or above;

(seven) have the physical conditions and psychological quality to perform their duties normally;

(8) Rank level that meets the requirements of the transferred post (including the job level of a considerable level, subject to the current job level at the time of registration);

(nine) other conditions stipulated by laws and regulations.

2. In any of the following circumstances, registration shall not be granted:

(1) was expelled from China * * * Party membership;

(2) Being listed as the object of joint punishment for dishonesty according to law;

(three) suspected of violating the law is under investigation by the relevant specialized units, and no conclusion has been reached;

(4) Being influenced by admonition, organizational treatment or disciplinary action. ;

(five) in accordance with the relevant provisions, working in township organs, hard and remote areas and directional units has not reached the minimum service life or other transfer restrictions;

(6) Those who are still in probation or have not been promoted to leadership positions for 1 year;

(seven) the cadre personnel files are in doubt or not clearly identified;

(eight) other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.

After the transfer, it constitutes the circumstances listed in the first paragraph of Article 74 of the Civil Service Law. If there is a husband-and-wife relationship, direct blood relationship, collateral blood relationship within three generations and close in-laws relationship with the leading members of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, they may not apply for the exam.
