Jiujiang iron and steel plant

Jiujiang Iron and Steel Company was established in 1994, with three branches: Jiujiang Iron and Steel Plant, Jiujiang Cement Plant and Jiujiang Tianlong Steel Strand Plant. Since its establishment, the company has suffered losses for years and has been in a state of suspension or semi-suspension for a long time. In April 2003, the State Council officially approved Jiujiang Iron and Steel Company as a policy bankrupt enterprise. In April 2005, Shanghai Aosheng Investment Holding (Group) Co., Ltd. successfully acquired Jiugang at a price of 20 million yuan, and invested heavily in transformation and capacity expansion.

Jiujiang Iron and Steel Works Co., Ltd. is a large and medium-sized private steel joint venture. Located in Jinshawan Industrial Park, Hukou County, Jiujiang, on the south bank of the Yangtze River with beautiful scenery. It is bordered by Jiu (Jiujiang) Jing (Jingdezhen) expressway in the south, Tong (Tongling) Jiu (Jiujiang) Railway in the north, and the Yangtze River Golden Waterway in the north, so it enjoys a unique geographical position. The company has its own loading dock, with an annual throughput of 3.6 million tons, low transportation cost and competitive advantage. After the completion of the second phase project, the production capacity of steel and wood will all exceed 1 10,000 tons.
