When will Dazhou Shiti Thermal Power Plant start?

Dazhou Shiti Thermal Power Plant is expected to start construction at the end of 2023.

Dazhou Shiti Thermal Power Plant is planned as a part of the national northeast Sichuan clean coal-electricity integration project, including 2× 1000MW new unit project. The thermal power plant is located in Dachuan District, Dazhou City, Sichuan Province, and construction is expected to start at the end of 2023. At present, the preliminary work of the project has made substantial progress, laying the foundation for the subsequent construction. The commencement of the project will provide important support for the development of local energy industry and the utilization of clean energy, and will also have a positive impact on local economic development.
