Zhengzhou Shengda University of Economics, Trade and Management is a private undergraduate college, which was established in 200 1 and is a provincial-level demonstration higher vocational college approved by the Ministry of Education.

Zhengzhou University School of Economics, Trade and Management, located in xinzheng city, Henan Province, is a full-time private undergraduate college funded by Dr. Wang Guangya, a famous educator in Taiwan Province.

The school was founded in 1993, formerly known as Shengda College of Economics, Trade and Management, National University of Zheng Min, and belongs to an independent college. On April 20 1 1, with the approval of the Ministry of Education, the college was transformed into an independent private undergraduate school and renamed Zhengzhou Shengda College of Economics, Business and Management.
