History of Middle School Affiliated to Gannan Normal University

The affiliated middle school, formerly known as Ganxian junior high school, was founded in the 29th year of the Republic of China (1940) with a history of 69 years. Mr. Jiang Jingguo is the director of Huilong Ancient Temple in Shanbian Village, Shuixi Town, which is 0/5 mile away from downtown/kloc-.

With the painstaking efforts of Mr Guo Zongxuan, Mr Hong Changming and Mr Yang Yubao, the school has begun to take shape. In the thirty-second year of the Republic of China (1943), the school added senior middle schools and teachers' courses, and it became a complete middle school at the beginning.

In the thirty-fourth year of the Republic of China (1945), Ganzhou was recovered, and the school was moved back to the urban area from the county seat, with Mr. Tang Mawei, the director of education, as the principal, and Ailian College in the north of the city (now the North Campus of Ganzhou No.7 Middle School) as the school site, laying the foundation for the attached middle school.

In the thirty-sixth year of the Republic of China (1947), the number of full-time teachers increased to 24, the number of part-time teachers increased to 9, the number of employees increased to 12, the number of students increased from more than 500 to more than 800, and the number of classes increased from 9 to 15. Due to the sharp increase in the number of students, the school moved the senior high school to Yanwu New Village in the west.

1949 Ganzhou was liberated in August, and 14 ganxian middle school merged with private Zhixing Middle School to form Ganzhou Municipal Middle School, with Dongxi Temple (formerly Jiangxi No.5 Middle School), Xia as mayor and Zhu Lun as principal.

1952, the school was renamed Ganzhou No.2 Middle School (referred to as Jiangxi No.2 Middle School).

1957 in may, the school set up Ganzhou No.2 junior middle school in several classes (1959 was renamed Ganzhou No.5 junior middle school), and the school site was moved to the north side of the middle section of Qingnian Road in Ganzhou. (Now Ganzhou No.3 Middle School North Campus)

1June, 958, Gannan Normal University was established. In July of the following year, in order to meet the needs of running a normal college, an affiliated middle school was added with the approval of Gannan Administrative Office, and Ganzhou No.2 Middle School was changed to an affiliated middle school of Gannan Normal College, and moved from Qingnian Road in Ganzhou City to the original site of Gannan Normal College (now Gannan Textile Factory).

1960 In March, with the approval of Jiangxi Provincial People's Committee, Gannan Normal University was upgraded to Gannan Normal University, and the attached middle school of Gannan Normal University was renamed as the attached middle school of Gannan Normal University accordingly.

In August, 1962, Gannan Teachers College merged, stopped enrolling students, and was only responsible for training middle school teachers.

1June, 963, Ganzhou authorities issued the Notice on Changing the Name and Leadership Relationship of the Middle School Attached to Gannan Normal University, and decided to change the Middle School Attached to Gannan Normal University into the Eighth Middle School of Ganzhou City, which was directly led by Ganzhou Municipal People's Committee.

1April, 964, Gannan Normal University resumed enrollment, and the college was renamed Gannan Normal University. In June+10, 5438, the Provincial Department of Education approved the transformation of Nankangtankou Junior Middle School into the first affiliated middle school of Gannan Normal University, and the original No.8 middle school of Ganzhou into the second affiliated middle school of Gannan Normal University, so as to facilitate the trial of work-study program in Gannan Normal University.

1966 in may, with the consent of Jiangxi provincial department of education, the second affiliated middle school of Gannan normal university was transferred back to Ganzhou city and renamed as the eighth middle school of Ganzhou city.

At the beginning of the Cultural Revolution, the school was renamed Hongqi Middle School.

/kloc-at the beginning of 0/969, Ganzhou No.8 Middle School moved to Gannan Normal University.

1974 In May, the State Council approved the restoration of Gannan Normal University.

1 in August, 1978, Ganzhou prefectural committee decided that1in September, Gannan Normal College was placed under the leadership of prefectural committee, and the eighth middle school in Ganzhou was moved from Gannan Normal College to the primary school attached to Ganzhou Normal College (now attached to the former site of Central South Park). The two schools merged to form the affiliated school of Gannan Normal University, which has a primary school.

1984 In April, with the approval of the Ministry of Education, Gannan Normal University was upgraded to Gannan Normal University, and the affiliated school of Gannan Normal University was renamed Gannan Normal University.

Since 1990, the affiliated schools of Gannan Normal University are divided into affiliated middle schools and affiliated primary schools, which are under the unified leadership and management of the affiliated middle schools.

In September 2007, the first grade of the affiliated primary school stopped enrolling students.

After the resumption of the college entrance examination (1977), the school scale expanded rapidly, from more than 20 classes to more than 40 teaching classes. However, at this time, the primary school scale is still relatively large, with about 4-6 classes in each grade and 4 classes in junior high school. Although the senior high school is relatively small, there are only 4-5 teaching classes in each grade.

1984 Qiu Qiang, a senior three student, took part in the first chinese physics olympiad Second Test, ranking first in the province. After taking the third exam in Beijing, she was admitted to Peking University without taking the exam in advance.

1995 With the efforts of President Chen Zhengru and the secretary, we won 800,000 Hong Kong dollars from the Provincial Education Department to build the school teaching building "Yifu Building", which was officially put into use on 1998, greatly improving the school's running conditions. With the improvement and optimization of the surrounding environment of "Yifu Building", the school's appearance has been improved.

In June 2002, Gannan Normal University recruited principals of affiliated middle schools nationwide, and Comrade Zhang Minsheng (former secretary of Xinfeng Middle School, who presided over the work) stood out. In September 2002, he was hired as principals of affiliated middle schools by Gannan Normal University. Since President Zhang Minsheng took charge of the school work, he has been pioneering, innovative and enterprising, and has embarked on a characteristic road of "talent+specialty+education" in the mode of running a school, and opened a "small class research study class"; In personnel management, we should boldly reform and implement the "three-level appointment system" (the principal hires the grade head, the grade head hires the class teacher, and the class teacher hires the teacher as a teacher) to optimize the teacher resources; In the management of education and teaching, the school spirit, study style and teaching style have been greatly improved by vigorously carrying out "quantitative management" and implementing "two quantitative management" of moral education (quantitative assessment methods for class affairs and students' personal moral education) and "two quantitative management" of teaching (quantitative assessment methods for teaching routines and quantitative assessment and reward methods for teaching terminals). In terms of campus construction, since the school was listed as "Key Construction Middle School in Jiangxi Province" by the Jiangxi Provincial Department of Education on June 5438+ 10, 2002, in order to meet the requirements of establishing the school, the school asked Gannan Normal University to provide the original professional department (located in Liansan Village, Shuixi Town) for the affiliated middle school. In September 2003, the North Park of the Middle School affiliated to Gannan Normal University officially enrolled students (Grade One) and hired Xie Benben as the vice president of the school. At this point, the school is divided into Nanyuan and Beiyuan campuses.

There are more than 3,000 students in the school, the number of classes has increased from 12 to 40, and the number of high school students has increased to more than 2,000. In particular, the enrollment rate of college entrance examination has risen rapidly, which stands out among similar schools. During this period, the school trained 343 students (including 36 in 2003).
